The great thing about Web 2.0 Tools is that the teacher has the ability to personalize learning. Using tools like Blendspace allow the learner to choose how he or she wants to learn. In addition, there are many interactive features that are engaging and meet learning styles and learner abilities. The learner can set goals, explore, and learn the way he or she wants to. The can also create products and present content how they are comfortable. This allows the learner to co-plan and become invested in his or her learning.

I chose to create a Nearpod on architecture. I am going to use this to introduce the concept of animal has architectures. I integrated some virtual field trips, drawing, writing, and videos. This will help the learner be able to grasp concepts and critically think about the topic.

Check it out!
