•Images for excellent job
I chose to use a meme creator to make an image for excellent work. This is a fun, quick way to reward students for a job well done.


•linking to outside resources that may explain better
If a student missed the target, I would link to an outside resource. Like this Khan Academy video. I may have them watch the video and give them a period to complete a recovery assignment.

You can even annotate the video using edpuzzle to have students respond to certain items.














•Leaving an audio recording
Finally, I recorded an audio recording using Microsoft PowerPoint with the Mix add-on. I was able to record over the rubric to explain areas for improvement.
